Luis Francis passed away on April 16, 2018, in Brooklyn,NY He was born on February 17,1944 in Colon Rep. of Panama. He attended Enrique Geenzier Primary School and After he attended trade school to repair T.V. and radio. He used to enjoy-going to baseball and boxing. He loves going to the willy moro dance every weekend. He migrated to New York in the year 1996.
He worked for fedcap company in manhattan from 7/7/1997 to 10/25/2012 when he retired. He spend most of his time listening to music and hanging out with his friends in Brooklyn.
Luis was preceded in death by his father Lawrence Francis, mother Teresa Williams and sister Gloria Wallace. He is survived by daughter Veronica Francis, sister Mavis Locia Hall, brother in laws sister in laws and nieces and nephew and host of relatives and friends
