Obituary for Albert Carter

Albert Carter age 86, died on Monday 5th of November 2018, at Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn New York.
He was born on the 17th of December 1931 at the Skeldon Hospital in Guyana to Joseph Archi-Harry and Inez Carter.
Albert was the second of six children and also the last of two boys.
He grew up in Skeldon and attended the Corriverton-Skeldon Anglican School in Guyana.
He was a lover of dominos and crossword puzzles.
In 1967 Albert migrated to the USA and settle here. He never returned to Guyana until he met his now loving and charming wife Patricia Lynch-Carter, whom he fell in love with when she migrated to the USA in 1996 and married her in 1997.
Mr. Carter who was also called Uncle Lall was a hard working individual. He was very much committed to his relationship with Patricia. A dedicated husband and an excellent father figure to his step children.
He was employed as a maintenance worker at Brotherhood Sinegar for over thirty years, where he retired. After his retirement he was at home for two years before his attack of stroke in 2010. Even though he had this unfortunate event of a stroke he was still happy and jovial person.
If someone was in need and you approached him for assistance you would have never heard the word "no"from hm. Whatever he can give that is what he can give.
In 2012 he became a resident at Brooklyn Garden. Nursing Home after he was discharged from hospital until the time of his death.
He leaves to mourn his wife Patrica Lynch-Carter, step children, Owrin, Shenika,Kelicia, Olivia, Sandra, Roxanne, Shaun, Gregory, Gordon &Michael grandchildren, Omarie, Jaden, Orianna and Kaiden, sister Rachael, Nieces and nephews Annetta, Lorraine Renderson, Clifford and others to follow. His In-laws Cheryl, Merle, Alicia, Faithanne, Michelle, arl and others. Friends Carl and Compton.
