Albert Carter age 86, died on Monday 5th of November 2018, at Woodhull Medical Center, Brooklyn New York.

Mr. Carter who was also called Uncle Lall was a hard working individual. He was very much committed to his relationship with Patricia. A dedicated husband and an excellent father figure to his step children.
