Condolence: Elder Small was like an angel. He the attributes of a true man of God. He brought a health program to our church that greatly impacted my our ministry. I always felt great when he was around. I knew I was in good hands. He provided gentle guidance, open arms support and Christian service. He love my sprouts!! He will be greatly missed.
