Obituary for StacyAnn N White

StacyAnn Nicole White who was born July 28, 1983 passed away quietly on Tuesday morning. October 9, 2018 at the tender age of thirty-five. She was in Long Island Jewish Hospital located in Valley Stream, New York at the time of her demise.
StacyAnn was an avid student and obtained most of her education in the New York area. She attended St. Catherine Geonoa elementary school in Brooklyn , New York.
StacyAnn attended John Dewey High School in Brooklyn until she moved with her family to Long Island and transferred to Elmont Memorial High School. She graduated with her high school diploma in 2001 and she was an honor student.
StacyAnn did not stop there she was a high achiever and was accepted into Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia where she pursued a degree in Political Science. She received her Bachelor of Political Science degree from Spelman in 2005.
Being the enthusiast she was with regards to her education, she continued her studies at New York University and enrolled in a Master of Science program. She completed her Master of Science degree in 2015. StacyAnn did not stop there; she attended leadership seminars to enhance her leadership skills. She had an outstanding natural ability for problem solving. This ability was a noticeable gift that was observed by many in her circle.
She found employment as an Alumni Director with the Stevens Institute of Technology University located in Hoboken, New Jersey. She was employed there until her untimely demise.
StacyAnn was a charismatic young woman who truly lived life to the fullest. She embraced life through simple pleasures; bonding with family and friends, she enjoyed dining in some of the most upscale restaurants, enjoyed adventurous traveling and cherished the time she was allotted to spend with her nieces and nephews and they enjoyed her company as much as she enjoyed theirs.
Before attending high school she was baptized at Little New Jerusalem House of Prayer in Brooklyn, New York; where she was a long time member until membership was interrupted by the move to Long Island.
As an adult StacyAnn was a dedicated member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York where she served faithfully until her illness prevented her from doing so.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mom, three brothers, eleven sisters, her grandmother, a devoted fiance, uncles, aunts and a host of nieces, nephews and other close relatives and friends.
She is gone but never forgotten- May her soul rest in peace.
