Obituary for Betty L Cright

Momma –Betty Cright was born June 7th, 1931 to the late Mary Patrick and Lensey Cright.
On November 13th, 2018 Betty slipped into a peaceful transition with her heavenly father.
Betty was born in Tate, Georgia. There she met Henry Seabrooks and had Henry Cright. Betty then moved to Murphy North Carolina, there she had Vickie Cright. From there, the family ventured a move to NYC where she worked for the Queens Court House which she retired from. Betty was also a faithful member of the Order of Eastern Star for many years. She loved to travel and play bingo with her favorite niece Clara Payton and mostly she enjoyed taking care of everyone.
Betty was a very special lady and noisy. Her heart her house and anything she had was yours if you was hungry momma fed you. If you had nowhere to go, you stayed with momma. Every holiday mommas’ house was the place to be. The memories can’t be replaced, so when you have that flash back smile and don’t cry.
Momma touched the heart of many.
Betty Cright preceded in death along with her two sisters, five brothers, longtime companion Charley Lowery, son Henry Cright and granddaughter Spring Griffin.
Left to cherish her precious memories are to daughters Vickie Mcall and Tawana Cright and two sons Demetri Campfield, Randolph Cright. Five Grandchildren, Zandra Cright, Zarell McCall, Demetria Cright, Jean Griffin and Derick Cright. She also leaves behind a host of great grand nieces, nephews and friends.
