Obituary for Carol McLean

Carol McLean was born on January 29, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York to the union of Harold and Oneta McLean. She was one of seven children, Jeanette Jackson, Frances, Howard, Norman, Bernard, & Ernestine McLean
Carol attended Wilfred Beauty Academy and became a hairdresser for many years. Later she became a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality care to sick patients. She was very independent and strong; there wasn’t anything she felt she couldn’t do.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Oneta Mclean, and her two brothers, Norman and Howard McLean.
She is survived by her soul mate Alfred Conner, together for 38 years.
She leaves behind her loving children, Marvin McLean, Lisa McLean, Linden Goodman Jr., and Mercy McClain. Twelve Grandchildren, Stephanie, Cherelle, Alyssa, Francesca McLean, Khery & Quron Nurse, Kaniya Simmons, Angelic Turner, Lenora Calabrese, Imani Joseph, Heaven Parker and Jamale McClain. Her daughter in law, Carle McLean and Future son in law Antione Calabrese, her sister in law Pia McLean, And a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Special thanks to Two very special ladies Alethia & Orlene who she also considered her daughters, her niece Glenda, and Mimi for all of their support.
Carol was a fighter and fought when the odds were against her. She was our rock, always strong, vibrant, and fierce. She was our Queen!
Carol, my Queen, you will be missed forever, and forever in our hearts!
